David brings fervor, grit, and passion to his real estate profession. David’s love of real estate dates back to his teenage years when he began helping with demolition and climbing scaffolding at his father’s rental properties in West Philly. Years later, after buying and selling his own home, and also joining in the search for multiple friends’ first homes, David was encouraged to begin his own real estate career.
Before his venture into real estate, David spent 20+ years in the hospitality industry doing everything from washing dishes to managing multi-million dollar restaurants. From there, he has developed highly detail-driven skills in customer service. With a unique knowledge of the Philadelphia and Delaware markets, he will always get the job done with precision, friendliness, and professionalism. Kristina has been working operationally in real estate since 2005. She originally joined 9 Mile Trolley, Justin Seeby's boutique firm, as the Operations Manager. After a hiatus to care for her children, she joined Justin's team at Keller Williams to develop the Transaction Coordinator and Listing Operations roles and now serves as the Director of Operations for the Northeast team. She leads the team with an attention to detail, a commitment to helping agents achieve their goals, and she strives to make it easier for agents to do what they do best. She values being a part of a team of like-minded individuals who prioritize education, ethics, and the importance of providing a stress-free real estate experience.
Kristina holds a BA in Japanese Language and Literature and moved to Atlanta after living on a small island in Japan for 3 years, close to her extended family. She has worked and volunteered at various Japanese-related organizations in both a teaching and organizational capacity. Her favorite thing to do is travel with her husband and 2 daughters, preferably internationally. She is a proud survivor of brain cancer, and outside of work, spends her time cycling with her family, swimming laps, pestering her children, and volunteering for causes close to her heart.

Seasoned and accomplished, Justin Seeby is an Atlanta-based real estate professional of over 25 years. He received numerous awards while practicing as a successful, multi-state agent, including the #1 agent for Keller Williams in Georgia (2014-2017) and in the entire Southeast Region (2016 & 2017). His dual interests in brokerage and management led him to open his firm early in his career in 2003.
Justin now largely dedicates most of his professional focus to leading and developing a talented team of agents, were ranked in the Top 100 for Keller Williams internationally.
In 2019, he launched The Seeby Group Northeast with the goal to extend his award-winning team model to the Greater Philadelphia markets including South Jersey and Delaware.
