    The Seeby Group (TSG) Marketing Specialist will have a unique opportunity to lead all aspects of marketing, elevating brand awareness and lead generation for a Keller Williams real estate team. The Marketing Specialist will strategize and implement marketing content and campaigns for TSG teams in 2 locations -  Atlanta and Philadelphia. 

    Job Description:

    ·      Developing annual, innovative marketing plans
    ·      Managing social media & increasing engagement
    ·      Producing and editing video content 
    ·      Creating and managing a YouTube page
    ·      Collaborating with agents on their marketing efforts

    ·      Designing postcard mailers & digital newsletters 
    ·      Blogging, SEO, and PPC management
    ·      Strategizing & maintaining Brand Identity
    ·     Organizing quarterly team events and volunteer efforts  

    Real estate is an ever-evolving industry; this position requires continuous education, staying abreast of industry knowledge and market trends, and a drive to succeed at the highest level. 


    ·     Degree or work experience in marketing
    ·     Comprehensive knowledge of Canva or similar design software
    ·   Proficiency in social media marketing including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
    ·     CRM, SEO & PPC management experience or ability to learn

    ·     Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills

    Additional Skills Preferred: Real estate experience, website design, photography and video, and event planning.

    Job Type:
    Full-time. 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri. Flexible work from home days once job performance standards are met.  

    $36,000 - $54,000 a year based on experience with bonus potential.

    Time Off:
    Flexible and based on job performance.

    Work Location:
    Midtown Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA.

    3-4 annual trips to PA, NJ or GA.
